As we descend - Symbiont creature Husk and Impaler

Since 2021 until end of 2024 I've been working for Box Dragon on the game "As we descend".
This little dude makes me a little bit nostalgic. I joined the Box dragon's team at the beginning of the production and was the first employee of it. It was pretty cool because almost everything had to be done and the possibilities were endless. For a first experience, it was both exciting and scary. This little dude was the first creature which was to be produced. Later we imagined multiples little Symbiont creature iterations, the shadering and lighting research for this little symbiont family was pretty challenging.

I was responsible for the full high to low pipeline, the texturing, integration in unreal engine and shadering.
Thanks to the awesome team at Box Dragon I got to work with on this !
